Introduction

The teacher presents pictures from different books so the students get acquainted with the different genres of books, e.g. comic stories, stories of mystery, adventure, drama, science fiction, etc. The teacher presents a list of different genres and children state their preference. They can show their preference for each genre by taking a step forward or backward when they hear a statement from the teacher e.g. "I like books with a happy ending", etc. Then, by using padlet the children write on the wall of their class the preferences for the books, the genres, the heroes etc. about books.
